The most common triggers are  house dust, dust mites, carpets, pet animals specially animals with fur, cockroaches, smoking, smoke of incense sticks, pollens, fungus, perfumes, mosquito coils,  paints, crackers and sometimes any particular food.

to prevent allergies its better to not to expose your kids to these triggers.Effective non-sedating medications are now available for children like fexofenidine, cetrizine, levocetrizine, loratadine etc. These medications can be given as needed for allergy symptoms.
